The idea behind youareawiggle is inspired by a smiple but profound observation often highlighted by Alan Watts: the world is not made of fixed things, but of moving patterns. Trees grow, rivers flow, thoughts arise and dissolve, emotions surge and fade. Even what we call the 'self' is not a solid object, but a process. A living, changing pattern within a larger whole.

When Watts spoke of people as 'wiggles', he was pointing to this deeper truth...that we are something the universe does, not something separate from it. Like waves on the surface of the sea, we appear distinct, yet we are inseparable from the movement that gives rise to us. Much of human suffering, he suggested, comes from forgetting this, from trying to pin life down, control it, or force it into rigid forms.
